Obama Deputy Chief of Staff Nancy-Ann DeParle reportedly leaving White House Jan 12th 2013, 02:54 Published January 11, 2013 FoxNews.com Nancy-Ann DeParle, Obama's deputy chief of staff is leaving the White House, reports say. DeParle will be joining the Brookings Institution as a guest scholar in Economic Studies on Jan. 28, the think tank's president Strobe Talbott announced today.
