Democrats are moving President Obama's planned nomination acceptance speech indoors, citing concerns about weather forecasts for the Thursday address. 

The move from the outdoor Bank of America Stadium puts the address in the significantly smaller Time Warner Cable Arena, where other convention activities are being held.
