House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. Darrell Issa told Fox News' Greta Van Susteren on Monday he is in the process of subpoenaing the only vendor involved in the ObamaCare website that has so far refused to cooperate in a timely manner, saying he wants all of the facts to determine how the website became "such a colossal failure."
"We've subpoenaed the documents to get to the facts," he said on "On the Record." "What we want to know is, of course, all the decisions that went into this failed site."
Issa, R-Calif., said the vendor in question, QSSI, is of particular interest because it is the company that was chosen for the task of doing the website going forward.
"They're the go-forward, lead vendor, so to a certain extent they're taking the party line of the administration of 'We're too busy to talk to you, even about what we did to fail in the past,'" he said.
