Obama 'confident' Supreme Court will uphold health care law Apr 2nd 2012, 18:19 President Obama said Monday he's "confident" the Supreme Court will uphold the federal health care overhaul.  The president spoke at a joint press conference following meetings with Mexican President Felipe Calderon and Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper.  "I'm confident that this will be upheld because it should be upheld," Obama said.
