House Oversight Committee to file contempt suit against Holder Aug 13th 2012, 05:34 Published August 13, 2012 FoxNews.com The House Oversight Committee is expected to file its contempt of Congress lawsuit against Attorney General Eric Holder on Monday, a Republican Congressional source tells Fox News. The House voted to hold Holder in contempt over Operation Fast and Furious in June.  The House will takes the executive branch to court, asking for a judge to compel Holder to turn over Fast and Furious documents.
