Arizona Gov. Brewer reportedly to appeal feds' denial of wildfire aid Sep 4th 2013, 12:21 Published September 04, 2013 FoxNews.com Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer reportedly plans to appeal the Obama administration's denial of a major disaster declaration for the costly and deadly Yarnell Hill Fire in central Arizona.  According to the Arizona Republic, Brewer will join other officials on Wednesday to discuss the denial. One lawmaker said they will formally appeal the federal government's decision.  The federal government had claimed local agencies could handle dealing with residents who lost their homes in the June wildfire disaster.  Nineteen firefighters were killed in the blaze, and dozens of homes were destroyed.
